Morgan, a crooked spy who causes a chopper crash in distant South Africa, double-crosses a group of clandestine CIA operatives on the trail of a potential new energy source. The only survivor, who is suffering from acute amnesia, is nursed back to health by a friendly native tribe, who refer to him as "Whoami" after the question he keeps asking. Whoami pulls together his past with the help of a mystery reporter named Christine and pursues the traitorous agent and his criminal associates.
