A parolee gets the mark of a gigantic police manhunt after picking up a rental car using a lady whistleblower. Now, since the police make an effort to silence the woman until she could testify in regards to the outrageous corruption of the city, the ex-con who regained his freedom must defend her own lifetime, and clear his own name.
