In order to achieve absolute power, a wicked Duke makes an attempt to assassinate and drain the blood of a royal family of vampires living in Europe. The only member of the family to have survived travels to Hong Kong, where he finds himself falling in love with a mortal girl who also happens to have a vampire hunter for a brother. This only serves to make the struggle that much more difficult for him.
