Overview
Joe Pesci stars like Louie Kritski, a landlord who is negligent in keeping his ghetto apartment up that he is threatened with prison time. The judge gives an alternative option, which he takes to him -- he must live in his hellhole before he brings it upto liveable standards. The estimate gives him 120 days, when time Louie meets a lot of his tenants, for example drug dealer Marlon (Ruben Blades). Louie finds the consequences of their greediness and develops more sympathetic. Unfortunately, Louie's dad, Big Lou Kritski (Vincent Gardenia), could be the true owner of this property, and he disturbs his son's entreaties to spend money to clean the spot.
