Eric, a carefree young man, comes in a small rural town one Christmas Eve. He meets Julien, a bar pianist who is a carbon copy of himself. Julien is head over heels in love with Marinette, a lovely waitress, but he is too hesitant to express his feelings. Eric decides to lend a hand in the pursuit of true love by impersonating Julien. Meanwhile, Eric's opulently wealthy uncle has dispatched his henchmen to return him home so that he can spend Christmas with his family.
