In exchange for getting his $27,000 credit card debt forgiven, struggling actor John Person offers to drive a blue suitcase from Los Angeles to Baker, Calif., and deliver it over to a mysterious cowboy. Instead of the cowboy, John receives a scary head-shaped parcel. John becomes close to Ruthie, whose insane boyfriend Randy threatens to kill him.
