After the TV show, the 18-year-old Yoko Godai has changed her name from Saki Asamiya to Yoko Godai so that she can go back to her normal life. She is now studying for college entrance exams. Kazuo Hagiwara is trying to get away from a group of hitmen when she bumps into him. She learns that the young man comes from Sanko Academy, which is a private school on an island called Hell's Castle. It is run by Hattori, a former revolutionary who was thought to be dead. He wants to make students into terrorists so he can stage a fascist coup d'etat in Japan.
