The year is 2028 and conglomerate OmniCorp reaches the center of robot technology. Over seas, their drones have been utilized by the military for a long time, but have been forbidden for police force in America. OmniCorp wants to attract their technology and that a golden chance to complete it is seen by them. OmniCorp sees their opportunity to construct a part-man authorities when Alex Murphy -- a loving husband, his father and great cop and corruption at Detroit -- is injured. OmniCorp envisions much more billions for their own shareholders and a RoboCop in most city, but they never counted on something: a man is still in this machine.
