Ice Cube returns as Craig Jones, a streetwise man. This time out, Craig is still attempting to outsmart local bully Debo (Tommy"Tiny" Lister Jr.). Debo is determined to flatten Craig in a rematch, Later Craig gets the better of Debo in a fistfight. Looking to stay from Debo's manner, Craig's dad decides it would be a fantastic idea to get Craig to hideout with his Uncle Elroy and cousin Day-Day in Rancho Cucamonga... but trouble seems to get him there also.
