While Chappy Sinclair is burdened with a ragtag group of misfits and delinquents for his flight school, he enlists the assistance of his protégé Doug Masters in rounding them up in time for an important tournament. They come into a bunch of dissident air force officers dealing in toxic waste as a sideline during their training.
