Husband Richard suddenly tells his wife, Maria, that he wants a divorce. Maria enjoys a night out with her good friends and meets with a younger man as Richard occupies having a younger woman. That the traditional American independent film explores themes of alienation along with aging -- as the couple and those around them face a search for exactly whatever they've lost -- love, excitement, passion.
