Mouse aspires to be a member of The Midnight Clique, the fabled Baltimore dirt bike racers that rule the city's summer streets. When Blax, the leader of Midnight, takes 14-year-old Mouse under his wing, Mouse quickly finds himself caught between the straight-and-narrow and a route laden with fast money and violence.
