As part of a foreign exchange program, Charlie Brown, Linus, Peppermint Patty, and Marcie go to France. Snoopy and Woodstock are also coming. Everyone is excited to go to a foreign country, but Charlie is troubled by a letter he gets from a mysterious girl in France. She invites him to stay at her Chateau, but when he gets there, he doesn't feel welcome.
