Nick Malloy depicts an Emergency Medical Tech (EMT) who finds himself caught in a deadly 12-round game of cat and mouse using a vigilante attached into the paramedic's past. With also his spouse's life hanging in the balance and time to spare, the EMT must determine why he's been chosen to be the pawn in the game of this maniac until it's too late.
